One of the worst experience I had in Alibaba, If you want rude treatment and being lied to please ask for Connie Luo. After clearly seeing that the tracking was on hold and then retuned to sender and ask her multiple times about it. Her answer was "You have to wait"

you knew that's not true, you made this comment because the shipping being delay because of custom check this time, and you don't want to accept the fact and make bag comment to all the orders that you have done with us.

The worst experience on Alibaba to date. Invoices with a lower amount to declare, for the benefit of the seller, to avoid paying more taxes.
The mess generated at customs after several weeks of impossible paperwork and technicalities, plus the payment of procedures to recover my order.
Unreliable seller. Caution.
